    I really like all three separately, but I'm still trying to imagine them together - in the same bowl.

    For my breakfast i usually have a egg omlette with some cheese and wholemeal bread and tea with honey! It really my fav food.

    But are there any suggestions for lunch ideas?

    For lunch I recently discovered salads with toasted grains. Makes them more filling. If you don't have an air fryer, mix the grains with a little olive oil and toast in a dry skillet.

    Savory oatmeal is a thing - I bet that would actually be pretty tasty.
