My name is Pamela Amerson. I just started working with a Personal Trainer and she gave me this website. I must admit this is great, furthermore I never knew this existed. I am trying to lose at least 30lbs and I am hoping that I can attain that goal with my personal trainer and changing my eating habits. I must admit it is very difficult to cut back on the eating, but I am determined to do so.

I look forward to reading everyone's entry as to the progression of your weightloss. :love:

    Welcome and good luck to you! I have wanted to lose weight for the past 20 years; when something finally clicked at the end of 2009, I started MFP on January 4th and have been dedicated to counting calories and working out 2x week. I have lost 41 pounds so far and thrilled to feel so much better! You CAN do it! Take it a day at a time and if you have a bad day, don't just stop, just start one more time! We each do that every day!
