I lost 7.2 lb this week! I tweeked my food intake a little and it worked! It makes me want to try harder!!

    Good news that things are moving for you! There tend to be ups and downs in loss rate along the way, but averaging 0.5-1% of current body weight per week, averaged over multiple weeks, is a good target range for anyone not under close medical supervision.

    Keep in there doing all the good, healthy things!
