Measure yourself .....

The best thing I found out today was although I gained 1.2kg since last week I have lost centimetres off my boobs, waist, hips and thighs.

Since starting in March 2010:

Boobs down 2cm (probably more because I didn't start measuring them until May 2010)
Waist down 4.5cm
Hips down 8cm
Thighs down 3cm

If you haven't measured yourself, go do it now and record it. Although I gained weight this week, my measurements speak for themselves and I am so chuffed! My weight gain - go jump in a lake!!

    LOL - that speaks for itself. Inches are more important than weight anyways. WTG!

    I've been measuring myself as well. I like it a lot better than weighing myself all the time. I try and measure once a month and weigh myself every 2 weeks. Sometimes it's longer though.

    Okay, I'll do it! I have the same tape measure in this house that my Mom used to use when I was a kid. It's nostalgic for me, and maybe Mom's spirit will bring me luck. She was always so diligent about keeping her weight down. Now I know how hard it must have been for her.
