3 days till 30

I am turning 30 soon. I ha e lost about 40 lbs since having a baby (was overweight before). I have been plateaued/ eating at maintenence rather than losing the last few weeks. Mostly, that's okay because I needed a break. BUT I really want to feel good on my birthday and not be bloated and gross feeling. Please post motivational pic or few words for me to get through the next few days actually sticking to my calorie goal.

    Okay so Happy early Birthday 🥳

    It’s good to take a break every once in awhile. Don’t let it pull you into not completing your goals. My family’s love language is FOOD. So every Sunday we meet and FEAST. I have had to adjust to my new balance with this. I’ll text my family before Sunday rolls around to go over our menu and make sure we include healthy sides to the main course. I pre log then adjust if I go over or under.

    Stick to it and make your birthday fun! Just make sure you have a plan the day after to resume meal prep or whatever works for you. Welcome to the dirty 30’s!!
