    Hummus and avocados. I eat them pretty much daily. Not necessarily together.

    I drink a premier protein shake every day. I also eat a bowl of cabbage or zucchini every afternoon.

    2 sunny side up eggs fried in butter,
    2 pieces of near crispy bacon.
    1 piece of Toasted Low Carb Bread with a Teaspoon of butter

    I could eat almost every morning, and every time it's just as delicious as the last. Thank you God for making chickens a thing.

    grape nut flakes cereal: pretty much the only thing I can eat everyday and not get sick of eating
    salad: sometimes it's just romaine and salad dressing but it always hits the spot.

    I eat pretty much the same things every day but sometimes it gets way too late so I'll forego eating something. These...I make time for:

    Coco lite pop cake topped with whipped cream cheese and a low sodium turkey slice
    Chocolate :)
    Various cookies
    My greek yogurt/cottage cheese/protein mix in
    Banana
    Some kind of cereal

    #1 per my food diary is sugar free chai lattes. I’m drinking one right now. At least two a day.

    Every afternoon, a bowl of frozen blueberries, fruity balsamic and Grapenuts over cottage cheese, supplemented with either fresh strawberries or frozen cherries. Something about that combo is so sweet and so satisfying.

    And after discovering @Noreenmarie1234 ’s pumpkin pudding, I have that most nights now. My version is under 200 calories for a huge bowl and that includes whipped cream and ginger-honey granules on top. She’s right. I never get tired of it. Bought all the clearance canned pumpkin I could find after Christmas lol.

    Every Sunday morning is a gourmet doughnut, and Sunday dinner for months has been steak, baked potatoe and salad. Steak never gets old.
