Let’s Go!!

Linking up to share work out routines. Not even a year ago I was 220lbs and sloppy to say the least. 220 and only 5’10 on a good day. Through hard work, dedication, and a few changes in my life choices (diet, exercise, and drug absence) I have turned into a specimen. I have lots of great information and the story of my metamorphosis from zero to hero that I’m willing to share. I’d also like to absorb any and all information anyone would like to share.
