Hi

Here I go again only this time I hope that with the inspiration I find on the community boards, friends I connect with I will finally gain control over the one aspect of my life in which I have no control, my weight. I absolutely cannot believe that I have allowed myself to be so out of control. I need to lose 100 pounds but would be happy to lose five at this point. Slow and steady wins the race. This has to be about lifestyle changes and not a DIET!! If anyone is available for motivation and wants to support and be supported by keeping it real please add me. I am looking to motivate and be motivated with like minded individuals. Success is achievable 🙂
