New To Message Board - Been Member over a year

hey guys, havent really gotten on this before, but just thought i'd put myself out there, incase anyone ever needs help or tips on what to do to be a better them, whether it's losing weight or just being healthy.

i've been doing this whole thaang for a little more than year and i've dropped about 170lbs so far and im about 60lbs from my goal. i'm always looking to get better and healthier.

what i've learned it's that the most important things to lose weight are balance and consistency (besides deficit). but yeah, i've tried everything out there and just hard work and good dieting is what got me here.
