Good morning all!
Just realised that I’ve been using this app for some time and haven’t even posted in the forums!
I used to train a lot until about 7 years ago (settled down, had kids etc...) and my weight crept up as it can do.
At my heaviest I was 14stone 11lbs a couple of years ago and I managed to bring that down a bit but never did a proper cut.
So 13 weeks ago, I started back in the gym and sorted out my eating habits.
Going to take it to 16 weeks and then gradually build back up to maintenance and then start a slight surplus along with my weight training to add a bit more muscle. (Which I know can come with a raise in body fat but I will do a gradual bulk still making sensible choices)
I’ve lost over a stone so far and my body fat is now under 25% so going in the right direction.
Here is a quick before and after for comparison.

I’ve found I have more energy and overall my health is miles better so can play with my kids without being out of breath!
Anyway... that’s me!

Thank you both! Almost at the end of my cut, not sure I’m going to fully see my abs but it’s a start, soon I can start a gradual bulk and add some more muscle while keeping fat off (I hope!)1
