ok looks like i have to watch sodium intake now what is the best way to keep track and where also is it 500mg daily average normal thank you

You should try to keep your sodium under 2000 mg. That is the rule for patients I have that is sodium limited so tha t is what i try to follow.0

You can go to your food diary settings and select the option for it to track sodium. That's what I do. I believe the 2000 mgs is what mine is set at.0
