Gain weight while dieting without sport .

1000 calories minus as you can see. Iam very strict with my habbits. Iam only eating my 120 g of protein and sometimes a protein bar . Although i eat in a caloric defizit iam 24 a woman and my weight has gone from 64 kg to 67 . Iam gaining weight but i wanted to loose 10kg

    You're not logging your food on quite a few days, and if you do then those are very generic entries. Are you sure you are eating as much/little as you say do you? How long have you been tracking, btw? Weight loss at your current weight will likely not be fast, and hence water weight fluctuations and the amount of waste in your intestines will mask weight loss more than once.

    Can you give us some more information? How old are you and how tall? Are you a man or woman? What do you mean with 1000 calories minus?
