New but not so new

Hey everyone! I have been a chronic yo yo person I’ve only really committed to ww before. I am 288(have lost 8.4 lbs since Jan 26. I suffer from bipolar 2, GAD, endo and pcos. I am getting discouraged and I am not quite sure if I understand mfp that much and my Apple Watch seems to not sync properly and randomly take away the calories I burned.

    I ignore the activity calories bc like you said it bugs me and randomly adds calories. What part has you confused? I can try to help?
