Hello...I am Celaine and I am trying again to be a healthier me. I lost 70 pounds several years ago and kept it off about three years. After returning to bad habits, emotional eating and chronic pandemic comfort snacking later I gained 90 pounds back. Its time. I guess I am putting this here because If I can, you can. C-

What I’ve learned with emotional eating is it just didn’t make me feel any better. I’d be miserable either way lol, so I decided to just withstand. It helps changing parts of your life like maybe becoming vegetarian/vegan but not just for the food causes, the psychological and ethical reasons. That way, you can always think ‘well, it’s for the animals.’ That made things significantly easier for me.1
