Hello everyone! I’m a mom of 4, going through a divorce, and trying to do something good for myself. Started a gym membership and the MFP app two weeks ago. Trying to keep my calories within their limits and going to the gym 3 times a week. Would like to go more but my schedule makes it tricky atm. Looking to drop 30-40 pounds, get strong, feel fab, and have more energy!

    Well if you can only go to the gym 3 times per week, make the best of those 3 times! What can you do from home? maybe a home workout once or twice a week would be great. Sometimes I have to improvise and do a home workout based on what life throws at me. It’s not ideal but I adapt and am still doing something which makes me feel better than not doing anything at all.
