Getting myself back again! 💪🏼

10 years ago I finally got in the zone and lost 100lbs, got into working out and really became the person I always knew who was inside of me! Loved myself, loved life, was the best version of myself! 2016-2019 was in a rut with work and dropped my guard, stopping working out started eating more take out and boom I was up to 290lbs. Corona had hit in spring 2020 I stayed working. I manage in the hotel industry. I started a focus on health and nutrition which I love and it really helps when your partner is onboard also! I started on stationary bike which led me back into weightlifting and all while focusing on calories intake and watching my macros. I’ve lost 55 lbs now and added muscle and feeling really great! One day at a time and trust the process even when the scale isn’t moving just stay focused. This is my first post on here.
