First time here!

Hello everyone! This is not my first go at starting a fitness journey, but it's my first time with MFP. Im hoping to finally become consistent with working out and using my gym membership. I'm 22, and I want fitness and healthy eating to be a part of my lifestyle. My goal is to gain a few pounds in muscle weight and then maintenance. I'm hoping to connect with some motivated individuals so we can encourage each other to accomplish our goals!
