I am committed to tracking with I put in my mouth for the first time in my life. In just being consistent in the last few days I already see where I can replace some food items that is high in calories. Looking forward to the support from you all

Hello, and welcome. That's a great insight: Each of us may make different specific food choices to be well nourished, feel full/satisfied, and enjoy our eating. Managing that calorie budget is the key to calorie counting as a weight loss method. Wishing you much success!

    I'm inspired.

It sounds like you have a great approach. The first thing is to just be aware of current diet, and tracking is a very powerful tool. It doesn't sound like you're trying to jump into an unsustainable way of eating for a short time and then leave it behind.

Definitely just use your wisdom and start tracking. You'll see patterns, and you'll find things you want to change.

    Mazel tov!

I bet you a bagel you're in it for the long term, and you'll develop your own healthy way of eating. Prove me right!
