Ahhhhhhhh!!! I’m wanting something sweet and sugary! What’s your favorite go to?! I’m used to doing low carb and was just gonna whip me up a fat bomb.. but while I have like 700 calories left for the day.. I’ve only got 1 gram of fat left.. so while I know I’m gonna go over somewhat.. I don’t want to just go insanely over.. So what do you got?! What’s your quick go to?!

as long as you are within your calories, it wont matter for weight loss.
I have cookies or sweets of some variety pretty much every day.3 -
Oatmeal. Coco powder, powdered peanut butter and sugar free maple syrup
Frozen banana ice cream!
Dried figs, dates dried mulberries or papaya
Baked apple cinnamon sugar free syrup

Oatmeal with a pack of reduced calorie swiss miss hot chocolate mix (yes, I use that stuff a lot).
Strawberries, sliced up, with either stevia and unsweetened almond milk or cottage cheese.
Special K vanilla almond crunch + stevia + almond milk.

But also this. I keep a bag of mini candy bars (and some other treats portioned out into single servings) in my freezer. If I want a sweet a lot, I just eat one of those. Saves me grief later and frozen and in the freezer means I'm slowed down in the act of eating but also by having to go get one.4 -
These are all great suggestions!! Thank you!! Never would have thought of oatmeal.. and I love oatmeal!!0

I like dark chocolate. For a tiny treat, hershey's special dark mini. If I need something more filling, a protein bar or flavored latte. For 700 calories...all of the above, lol.0

Dried mangos, gummie worms/bears, Lifesavers.............for me just straight up sugar junk foods if I had that many calories and wanted to indulge.

1. I don't ever worry about macros when I'm craving something...as long as I have the calories (and that means, like over the course of the week really if I'm really really craving something) I eat it.
2. My fav sweet tooth stuff is forever and always chocolate. I buy good chocolate bars while grocery shopping and portion them out when I get home (usually a normal sized bar I break into 6 pieces and freeze them). That way I can have a piece of chocolate everyday for like... 40-70 calories (depending on the brand) and if I want more I'll just have more servings.
3. I am also a sucker for pecan pie...which is weird because I usually don't like super-duper sweet stuff and pecan pie is really just a bunch of corn syrup, lol. But my grocery store has these little 'personal' pecan pies and I can just cut it in half, have one half one day and the other half the next. At Thanksgiving I bought an entire pecan pie and cut it into small pieces and ate a piece every day until it was gone I swear.....sooooo good.0 -
Ooh...I like the crunchy parts of pecan pie. So, the crunchy nuts and the outer crust, but not the wet middle.0

Tic tac. I always have them on hand. The fruity ones. Plus if I have calories left. If I want something sweet. I will eat something sweet. Moderation is the key.0
