Mar 29:! 165 - we had a Sunday fun-day which I totally don't regret! Fun with friends. I'll get back on it today. All just part of the journey towards and healthier and balanced lifestyle.
Mar 31: 164 - I was able to get through a full 30 minute workout which 2 weeks ago I couldn't (bad knees). I'm feeling like I am finally starting to get on the right path! The weight will come off in time, I'm just happy to feel better. Hope to see all of you and your inspiring journeys in the April group! ❤6 -

Mar 08: …208.4 A lousy weight after several glucose drops this past week. I am having to take it slow now. If I can keep my glucose more level, I can make small changes and get there slowly.
Mar 15: …207.0 In the right direction but still room for improvement.
Mar 22: …207.4 Well, that is disappointing. High sodium St. Patty’s Day Dinner and some travel and restaurant days didn’t help. I’ll have to tighten the belt. My daughter and 3 yr old grandson moved back in this past week. I’m not sure how long it will last but she keeps bringing her tempting treats in. Saying no sometimes is key!
Mar 29: 207.0 Right back at my starting weight. I appreciate it is not a gain.
Mar 31: 208.2 A good eating plan yesterday but no TMI this morning and not a lot of movement yesterday. Travel today so I don’t think tomorrow will fare well. Nice challenge everyone! I’ll see you all tomorrow in the new April thread.
