NEW COMER

Hello, I’m sort of new I started using mfp end of January I think, - I’m still getting the hang of how it works. I started using mfp to log food and then was like wow cause I could also use it to track progress as I continue on my weight loss journey. :)

    Is there anything specific that will help you better get the hang of MFP?

    @quiksylver296 In the long run, I want to lose atleast 25-30kgs. I’m at 9.1kg loss since I started in January. Slowly but surely

    @MaltedTea - the food logging is what gets me most times, trying to search a certain thing, I think I just get impatient with it half the time lol

    Ah kk! It gets faster and easier over time. Also the UPC bar code function is helpful.
