I am so frustrated trying to navigate this site!!!!

I just joined Premium today and am looking for Plans. I'm hoping for a meal plan, which I thought was included. To find the Plans screen, I'm told to select the "more" menu. WTF???
btw, I'm using my PC because the screen is so much bigger than a phone screen. Please please PLEASE don't tell me how to find it on an android or iPhone. The FAQ bot pops up this answer no matter how many times I ask the question, to the point that I'm ready to cry in frustration. Is there any way to contact an actual live human being???

Welp, sorry to tell you: plans are only available via the app. That's how MFP is currently designed. 🤷🏾♀️
There's the opportunity to chat with support...

...or if you have a question about a specific plan, you can go to the semi-private group area, and perhaps a moderator will respond...

I feel your pain and I dislike the FAQ bots that sites use. They seldom have answers to what you're looking for. Normally if you are savvy enough to check out the Bot, you have already searched around looking for basic clues and found that much. Disappointing to learn the plans are only on the app as well.0 -
You may be missing out on something less fabulous than you imagine, just saying.
But keep in mind that if you have a tablet (Apple or Android), you should be able to get the app for one of those, to get a little larger screen size.
As an alternative, this is a place you can get meal plans for various eating styles, at a calorie level you designate:

Truth in advertising: I don't use it (nor am I affiliated with it in any other way). I have generated a few days of meals with it, using my own preferences, to see what it does . . . but my personal lifestyle preference is for a much less structured approach, so I wouldn't consider using a structured meal plan of any type. I don't think there's anything wrong, if people do prefer that, it's just not me.
I believe that if you sign up for an account, more features become available, but I've never done that; and I believe there are premium features available for pay, beyond that. Lots of info at the site.2
