PW Reset not working

Anybody else having problems with their PW not resetting? I use this app on my phone but wanted to log in on my PC but my PW don't work. I reset it like 5 times and it never works. Any ideas?

    Same problem. Using the app, go into profile and change the password within the app.

    Trying to use the “recover password” function via email didn’t work for me.
