I know it sounds funny, but this is not the first time this has happened to me.

Today I walked almost 14 miles training for the Avon Walk. It was pretty warm here in Chicago today. I made sure I stayed hydrated, stretched, etc.

When I got home, I sat down to rest and log my walk and all of a sudden I started sneezing like crazy. Now, almost two hours later, I feel as if I have a cold. Stuffy nose, a few more sneezes and I feel like I should be wrapped up in a blanket. I thought maybe heat stroke, but I've walked and sometimes run in warmer temps without this happening. It has happened before a couple times, though which makes me wonder about the cooling down.

Just curious if this has happened to anyone else. I'm about to eat my recovery meal and take an Alka-Seltzer so I can BREAFFE!!! LOL
