I'm doing intermediate water fasting and losing weight quicker. I'm now 257.8. I'm so happy

She's found something that works for her and makes her happy. I for one applaud that. I'd rather stick a fork in my eye than follow some eating plans - they wouldn't work for me because they'd make me miserable so I'd stop doing them.5
