Here I am again!

Hello!

I am an avid cyclist - touring is my preference but realistically we do day rides around town most of the time. I've struggled with my weight my whole life, which is really unfair considering that I am not just a cyclist, but also love hiking (including trekking), swimming, and other sports. (No contact sports please! ha ha)

I'm pretty sure my problem is my job: it can be very high pressure (stressful), long hours, and it's sedentary. I've tried many plans - Nutrisystem, Noom, Eat to Live, and others but MFP seems to give me the most control. I know what my issues are: I just need the tools to manage them.

Today is a good day, but I have my ups and downs. I'm sure you'll see me in various chat rooms.
