Why do you feel the need to count your water intake?
Do you have problems with staying adequately hydrated from the sum total of everything you eat and drink?
Yes the water that you put crystal light into is still water, your body still uses it for hydration.1 -
Also tea, coffee, juices...2

Thank you! Yeah for some reason I think I’m not getting enough water intake. I feel a little dry in face and hands so just wandering what else counts as “water”0 -

As well as your water it might be worth thinking about your fat intake. I find it affects my skin when I don't eat much.
Avocados, olive oil, fish, that kind of thing can help.1 -
Thank you so much! Hadn’t thought of that!! Will take into consideration0

Does it hydrate you? There are fluids in pretty much everything we consume that go towards hydration...being properly hydrated is important and you can tell if you're hydrated or dehydrated by the color of your urine.1 -

My friend's tortoise never drinks water but has got adequate hydration for 90 years just from its food.
It's normally pretty obvious if you are dehydrated, thirst and darker coloured urine for example.
Very few drinks aren't net hydrators, hard liquor and very strong coffee such as an expresso for examples. Enjoy your crystal light.
