Using MFP to Focus on Healthy Living

Hello there! It's been a while since I've used MFP. For the past five years, I've been very focused on my career. I'm returning to MFP to focus on me and to develop healthier habits related to food and activity. From past experience, I know that MFP can be a great tool, for tracking my actions and habits, finding information, and connecting with like minded people.

I'm in my late 40's and continuing to manage my weight to manage my life. Add me as a friend if you think we are thinking about this work in the same way. It's not about jumping back on the wagon but using the tools available to live the life I choose. Glad to be here with you all.
