Hey guys, I am from India, looking to meet like-minded health oriented people from across the world who can motivate each other.

Hi there and welcome to the forum. Yeah you should get motivated to achieve your goals and make a list to small goals and tick them once you achieve those small goals. These small goals will lead you towards achieving your main goa.0
