Hasnt been easy maintaining the habit. I spend more time tracking my workouts than i do my food and calories. But all in all its a process and i just plan on sticking to it0 -

Im focused more on weight training to get that size! Im standing at 197cm/ 6ft5 so food intake and weight training are "go big or go home" mentality0
