Great work!
A word of warning, next week may not be as successful. Don't get discouraged. When you first start a diet, you may lose a lot of water weight which shows up on the scale. The next week, there's isn't as much water weight to shed, and so the scale doesn't show as big a number. It's OK! Just keep doing the right things, and you'll get there.

Way to go!. Just remember though, that there will be good weeks, and some not so good weeks. This was a good week. Look at this as a lifestyle change and not a diet and you will succeed. Keep up the great work3
