Hi, Joined last week, but after a disappointing weekend (hubby opened 2nd bottle of wine fri/sat & I couldnt resist!) Had a day off yesterday as was feed up counting and weighing everything an then undoing it all at the weekend!
Started logging food diary again today, had a problem with my recipes disappearing and got headache/sore eyes trying to sort it......excuses....I know ....but not very motivated

I am sorry it was such a tough first week for you
It does get easier to log after some time, all your favorites are saved and it makes things much quicker.
I hope you stick with it and find your happy place with MFP.

Motivation is always my problem, too. The important thing is to find something important enough to keep you motivated. Selfish reasons are okay. It just needs to keep you going when you think about it.1
