Big 2021 Weight Loss Goals

Hello everyone!
I'm back to myfitnesspal after a ~3 year hiatus. I had moderate success but fell off the rails during the holidays. I've been doing it again for a little over a month and I'm super happy with the results so far (30 lbs lost of a 125+ lbs goal loss). I'm going pretty hardcore, but I've been able to stick with it comfortably:
Keto
IF - 6 hour window 12 - 6 pm
CICO watching closely
My issue is EXERCISE. I walk to work and generally hit my 10k step goal, but I'd really like to add a higher intensity something or other to my routine. And stick with it.
Just hoping to make some new friends, get some accountability partners, keep the dream alive. Nice to meet you all!

What is keeping you from exercising now? Work hours? Other commitments?
I found I became more consistent with my gym time when I started going in the morning before work.1 -

I usually put it off until after work... at which point I usually want to relax. That is a great suggestion. I will try that out.0 -

That was exactly my problem, too.
I set out my gym clothes the night before, and pack my work clothes and food so I’m all ready to go in the morning. Brush my teeth, jump into gym clothes and off to the gym before my brain wakes up and realizes what I’m doing. 😆
Shower and change into work clothes at the gym, and off to work.0 -
Hi there. I've started keto this week but i struggle to eat...i just feel thirsty. ( my story is a bit long but i cant eat much.... funny enough i still put on weight.)
I am too comfortable and apart from being on my feet when im at work... i don't exercise...
And... atm im anaemic due to quite a bit of blood loss last week...

I used to put off exercising too. Now I literally schedule it in my day. I'm working from home so it's easy to just sit in front of the computer for 10+ hours and not move. Now my exercise break pops up once a day to remind me to get some healthy movement in, and it's been working great!0
