    Welcome! Have you done the guided set-up on this site and gotten your calorie target?

    If you have, just commit to logging all your food, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Seeing the number "on paper" is sometimes enough to help you self-correct.

    Quicksylver- I did, but because I'm only 5'1", and very small boned, I ended up lowering my calorie amount from the one mfp set. I am back on track with 1-2 pounds a week, which I think is good.
