Newbie. Skinny Ectomorph Trying To Bulk.

Just signed up today. Decided I was tired of being skinny. Want to bulk up. Ex marathon runner. I have been working out seriously for over 2 months (3-4 times a week) with newbie gains but took no consideration of my diet. Now I need to take it to the next level and sort out my diet. Have no idea what I'm doing so looking to learn from other people. Also need some inspiration and public accountability to keep me in check. Ahhh.
Looking to follow loads of people and get meal plan ideas. The app says my goal is 2660 calories a day. I stuffed my face with breakfast, scanned all the barcodes, added all the food and only hit 850. Now I'm stuffed for the day. Don't know how I'm going to hit 2660 a day but going to try. Add me.

I'm the EXACT same, Mine's set at 2650 and I'm amazed at how little I can eat and not realize it...
People don't understand how hard it is for us to bulk, and with at least myself not knowing which workouts to do and what to eat it can be near impossible, If you've found anything out, please let me know!0 -
Yep, finding the time to eat and hit my calorie target is hard but will try to build it up slowly. Thanks for you message. Good luck with your goal. Added you.0

Divide your caloric intake over 6-8 meals eating every 2-3 hrs. Eat calorie dense foods. I can do a breakfast shake with 2 scoops of whey, 8 oz whole mile, 1 banana, 2 table spoons of peanut butter and hit 500 calories. Look at other peoples food diary to get some ideas. I know it can be hard but it can be done.0

Thanks, good advice. I am trying to eat as often as I can. Will try eating every 2-3 hours. I tried a big breakfast once and I just felt stuffed and not hungry for the rest of the day. I find smaller portions more regularly are manageable and then I will slowly increase the portions. Been on here for 3 days and only managing just over 2000 calories a day but my target is 2660.
Thanks for the tips. Added you.0
