How the heck do I email someone?

Hi,
I've been a long time member but recently decided to join up to the premium version as I have some health challenges that require a more personalised approach to my diet. I paid the money, it's gone from my credit card, but I got an error message, and advised to contact help desk... but I can't find the help desk or an email address or anything, have I been ripped off? Help!

    On the desktop version, at the bottom of the page is a link that says "contact us".
