Jer-A-thon. What is it?

Hey guys. I love finding new ways to challenge myself and this one takes the cake. I call it a Jer-A-thon. But really its a productive marathon that I try to do every 2-3 months.

What you do is...At home I pick a cardio, a strength movement that I can do AMAP, and I make a honeydo list (things I want to accomplish or things I've neglected).
And every hour I complete a cardio, a movement to failure, and with the time left I complete a task.

Example: I ride my stationary bike 2 miles, and then do as many push-ups as I can, then I clean my bathroom.

This can be scaled up or down depending on fitness level and how ever many hours you want. I've done it for 4hrs. And most recently I've done it for 8. I'd love to do a 24hr one day.

Do it anyway you want and make it fun. The only rule is you have to do a cardio, strength movement, and a task off your list ever hour.
