Hi guys. How much fat mass in % can you lose per week if you are in a calorie deficit?
And also, how can you best maintain you muscle mass if you are in a calorie deficit?

I don't know if anyone has ever calculated what the maximum fat loss in a week would be. I think it would be very dependent on how much fat you have to begin with. How much fat I could lose (as someone within a normal weight range) would probably be very different than someone who is 45% body fat.
The best way to maintain muscle mass in a deficit is to choose a reasonable deficit, make sure you're getting sufficient protein, and do resistance training.6
