Hi All
Last time I did this was in 2018, prior to conceiving my first child. Back then, I lost 35kg, which enabled me to conceive my daughter, despite struggles with PCOS. I did pretty well controlling my weight throughout that pregnancy and had started to lose it again afterwards when - surprise -We conceived again when my daughter was 14 weeks old.
So now I have a 22 month old and a 11 month old and my weight has piled back on. Some pretty bad sciatica has made movement difficult until recently, so I'm just starting to ease back into things.
I want to be a healthy example to my two little ones. I want them to have a Mum that joins in with the active fun, not just watches from the sidelines. I don't want for them to see me obsessing about size/weight numbers. I just want them to see a Mum that is active, eats healthy most of the time and is happy and feeling good.
I would love new friends, anyone who can help keep me on track and I will try to be the same for you. Would also love some encouraging words from those who have had to do this journey more than once but made it stick (so far)
Take care everyone!
