Food Colour Challenge

Hi,
I have seen a lot of YouTube videos of people eating the same colour of food for 24 hours.
I've decided to make things harder and eat everything of one colour for a week.
So I'm eating only pink/purple food for an entire week (and wearing pink).
Rules:
No added sugar/pre-packaged sauces.
Has to be reasonably nutritional.

Basically a yam, it's one of the few foods I know of that's naturally bright purple, so unless you're being really generous in what you consider "purple" or planning to use a lot of food coloring you'll probably want to try to get your hands on some. Here's a youtube video about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZ02naNivx4

I'm combining pink and purple because a lot of foods people would argue about.im not eating bright red though.
They look like purple sweet potato, which I couldn't find.
Also including salmon and red rice even though they aren't that bright. And my potatoes are pink on the outside only unfortunately.0
