Trousers are too tight, shirts and jumpers are stretching and I can't see my feet! Took the BMI test yesterday and was very upset at being classed as "obese". I'm finding it difficult to walk (used to do up to 20 miles on a Saturday, when I had my Springer Spaniel, but she's passed away), and I'm getting bad back pains. Demoralised and praying that there are others out there who are fighting the same battle and willing to support.

    I can relate. I list 40lbs. and have slowly felt things get snugger. I'm not happy about that, so here I go again!
