Hello, I'm back

Returning to a new weight loss journey. After my first child, I gained weight and joined my fitness pal. Lost about 45 lbs. Lol, I got pregnant with my second. I gain everything back plus 10. I am on the journey once again, hopefully this will not end with me pregnant. I am 5ft tall and have 60 lbs to lose. Looking for others for motivation, workout ideas (cardio and strength training), and food choices. Hope we can support each other and be successful in our own journeys.

    Hello! I'm back, too, after putting a lot that I lost back on. We did it once and we can get it back off again!

    We can. It is a long journey, but one step at a time. What are you currently doing to start up again? I joined a gym. I have started to strength train, which is new to me. Also Cardio, but it is must slower and less intense.
