Home Workout

I'm now limited to home workouts with only dumbbells and resistance bands at my disposal. I'm just getting back into strength training so I just wanted to see what others think of this total body routine I'm trying. its in "AB" format. Any thoughts? too much? too little? Thanks a lot!

Arms:12 reps, 3 sets

Hammer Curls
Tricep extenstion

Arnold press
Lateral Raise

Legs:15 reps, 3 sets

Reverse Lunges
Weighted Squats

Donkey Kicks
Curtsey Lunges

Core:
Montain Climbers (30secs)
Crunches

Russian Twist
Plank (30 Secs)
