I'm not really new here, been around for a while but in and out of focus. I'm now a volunteer in a research study looking on the effects of diet and exercise on bone and muscle in people over 50. Going for 3 days a week of exercise and once a week nutrition classes. Maybe being committed for a year will get me where I want to be.

    Did your research lead suggest you use MFP for the nutrition portion of the study you're in?
