So I am back again and this time I am motivated! I'm on a new profile as I forgot my log in details for the last one and I deleted the e-mail account I used, ooopsy.

Height: 5ft 7"
Current Weight: 16st 1 (225lbs)
Goal Weight: 11st (157lbs)
Age: 21
Motivation: Holiday to Mexico next September!

    Hey this is my second time back to! This time im definitely more motivated started running 3weeks ago and ran my first mile today (I'm not a sporty person at all) feel free to add me :)

    Maybe you should cut your goals down by a few pounds and take your weight loss in to sections such as your first goal could be --I want to get down to 155 and I am starting out at a goal of 180 and when I reach that I will go for 155--doesn't seem like I have such a long way to go. just a suggestion.
