So....my husband and I have been very faithful in doing 30day shred...we started last week and had to stop over the weekend but restarted this week and have been going great! But last night I started my period and for some reason this month it has sucked all my energy...i'm usually fine. So i didn't make it through the whole workout last night and tonite i was dreading it. I litterally couldn't get off the couch. Not because of pain, just because I felt physically drained. Ever feel like that? I was going to skip working out tonite since i did earlier today....but i couldn't lol...i didn't Shred like I wanted to....but I did do Kettleball and weights :) I did what I could and I felt great for doing something instead of nothing. So what! So i didn't get to do the video I wanted to....but I did do what I could. Thats the point. Do what you can! Do what your body will allow when you feel like you can't go on....and you will feel enpowered and encouraged that you did it :)

I know I get the same way when mine comes around. I'm a few days away and it's a struggle to get even the minimum workout in as is evident by my workout diary. On top of that I eat more.

All I can say is just keep moving, even if it's not exactly as much as you'd like, some is better than none. If you're anything like, me once I get moving I want to keep moving.

Just don't let a few days of feeling blah derail your entire goal.
