I'm back :)

I joined MFP a few months back, prolly less than 6 months ago. It was also around the time that I started working out. You see, for my height (4'11), I was overweight at 125lbs as per my BMI. That was a wake-up call for me to start living a healthier lifestyle. I started going to the gym, cut down on alcohol, and quit smoking. I started watching what I eat and eventually, I started to lose weight.

Then a couple of months ago, I became lazy and have stopped using MFP. Still continued my work-out though. Then a family tragedy happened, I started eating out of depression, still worked out but I did it less. I gained some of the weight that I lost.

Now, I'm back on track. I quit the gym and now just into lifting weights at home and running three times a week. I'm currently at 113lbs and hoping to lose some more. Anyways, I'm back here and hoping to meet new people to motivate and get motivation from. :)
