April walking challenge?

Hi everyone. I am back on the app with a new account as this is a fresh start.

I am 52 years old and have been up and down for as long as I can remember. But, as I get older I worry more about my heart as it's a real issue in my maternal side.

Anyway, I need to walk 3 times a week for an hour. I am not sure how many steps that is, but would like to see if anyone would like to do this with me. It's always nice when people team up. It's a small goal, but realistic enough for me, coming in at 252. I hope to lose 2 lbs a week; if it's more, then that's even better. I will also be working with a tension band 5 days a week for 10 minutes a day. I am sure with time I will be able to increase the time; for now, baby steps.
