Given past experiences you should know better by now!!!

You get to control the pre conditions that will determine the general direction your weight level will follow.

You don't get to control your weekly numbers.

Who do you think will lose and keep off more weight? The person who seeks sustainable actions they apply for years or the person who flies close to the sun till the wax holding up their feathers melts?

(Are u using a weight trend app?)

you have lost enough weight to know that the only thing necessary to lose weight is a calorie deficit.

if 1700 is a deficit for you, then yes, you will lose weight (how quickly depends on your other stats)

You've done great. I gained 15 in the last year and when the number on my scale exceeded any I've ever seen, I jumped back on here 25 days ago. I've lost 10, which got me close to my former "can't go over this" number. I had to remove all the wine from the house. It is absolutely my downfall as I cannot drink one glass. When I really want to have a drink with my husband, I reach for a low calorie beer. I can stop after one of those.
