Sometimes it helps to brush your teeth and follow up with a mouth rinse. Or have a low-calorie snack with a strong residual mouth presence like olives, pickles or pickled beets or peppers.

Sip a cup of coffee or tea, maybe with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Drink 600ml bottle of water, you'll feel full.
Stay occupied & busy and you'll forget.

Drink a bunch of water and tell myself "just for today, I'm going to be good and I'll revisit that tomorrow. I can skip that snack for today". Then same thing the next day. Its much easier to manage something for only a day at a time.

Drink a cup of water, still got the craving? Drink another.

I find it curbs the craving and also helps me get enough water in through then day, its a win-win!

I try to ask myself what I am really craving - look at my macros, see if any are out of balance, think about what I might substitute that will scratch the itch without going over calories. For example if I want salty and crispy, I might eat sliced salted radishes, or toasted nori, instead of chips. Or fruit instead of sweets, or a piece of dark chocolate, or Greek yogurt with fruit if I’m craving something creamy.

Most of the time I can solve the problem by eating something that fits into my goals. If I can’t, I tell myself I will have it tomorrow, then plan to fit it in.
